The Business Lounge, Admirals Club, First Class Lounge, etc. are all examples of exclusive airline clubs available to top tier travelers around the globe. In any case, these comfy waiting areas allow travelers and sometimes their companions access to business services, quieter environments and snacks while waiting for flights for a fee. What about the regular Joe? Well, it’s hard plastic seats and the constant barrage of airport announcements. However, for those lucky ones who are traveling between July 13th and Aug 5th from terminal 3 of the Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport, Ikea, has made a stop over by opening the first VIP lounge furnished like a house that is open to everyone. Ikea, has always been committed to improving the everyday life for the many and they are doing just this by offering a premiere space in the boarding area for the whole family to relax while waiting to depart! Think, 9 beds, sofas, tv, a children’s area with instructors and even a hostess to greet you. What more could you ask? Here’s hoping they make their way around the globe.
